How Do I login?

To login to our website. Click on the 'Login' link from the menu. Enter your email address that you used when you registered with us and click the login button.

How Do I check my order history?

Make sure you login using your email address and from your account page click on the button 'My order history'

How can I modify my profile?

To edit your profile information (Name, address etc). Make sure you login with your email address and click on the "My Account" button.

How can I create an account?

To create an account with us, use the "Join us" button from the menu. Click on Neo's Icon with Register button.

I forgot the email that I registered with. Now what?

if you forgot the email address that you used to register with us, please email us at account@naturalearthorganics.ca and we will send you your email address. Please make sure you specify your first name, last name and address

Why can't change my email address?

We use your e-mail address to uniquely identify your account, order status and history and therefore you can't change your e-mail address on-line but if you wish to do so, e-mail us with your new e-mail address and we will create a new account for you.

How Do I start shopping?

To start shopping. Simply click the "Start shopping" button from the menu and click on the category of your choice. Alternatively you can click on any of the categories listed on our main page.

Where is my cart?

You can always check your cart by simply click button which is found on top of every page of our website. Alternatively, you can use the "My cart" button from the menu.

How do I modify the price on the items that I placed in my cart?

You can modify the quantity of the items in your cart by using (down) and (up) button. Alternatively, click on the the item name and you will be redirected to the description page where you can adjust the quantity.

How do I delete / remove an item from my cart?

To delete or remove items from your cart, simply adjust the quantity of the item to 0

What is the minimum purchase requirement?

The minimum purchase requirement is $5.00

How do I get back to my cart after I login?

To get back to your cart. Simply click the button which is found on top of every page of our website. Alternatively you can use the button "My cart" from the menu or from your account page.

Can I shop around without login in?

Yes. But you need to login in to check out.

How do I check out?

When you're ready to check out, simply click the check out button.

How do I check my order status?
